Session 1 (90 minutes):

We slow everything down. Together, we map your inner system, explore what’s been keeping you stuck, and begin working with the parts of you holding pain, fear, or protection. You’ll leave with clarity and a deep sense of being seen.

Sessions 2 & 3 (60 minutes each):

We go deeper. These sessions focus on helping your protective parts release old burdens and gently supporting the parts of you that carry grief, abandonment, shame, or fear. We strengthen your relationship with your Self—the calm, grounded presence inside you.
